Your Data, Your Choice
Feedframe only stores what it needs to show your Instagram feed on your Framer website: your Instagram profile details, your recent posts and an access token. You can remove all of it at any time, in one of three ways.
Option 1: Disconnect in the Plugin
Open Feedframe in Framer, go to your feed and click Disconnect. We delete the access token and all cached profile and post data straight away.
Option 2: Remove the App in Instagram
In the Instagram app or website, go to Settings and activity, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Find the Feedframe app and click Remove. Instagram tells us, and we delete your data automatically.
Option 3: Email Us
Send an email to team@framergeeks.com with the subject Feedframe data deletion and your Instagram username. We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, usually within 2 business days.
What Gets Deleted
Your Instagram access token, your profile information (user ID, username, name, profile picture and counts) and all cached posts. After deletion, the feed on your website stops showing posts. If you have a paid plan, we keep basic billing records only as long as the law requires.
