The main UX focus was to make the recruitment process feel clear and reassuring for founders making high-stakes hiring decisions. The site needed to separate employer and jobseeker journeys clearly while keeping the overall experience calm and professional.

We built a consistent component system for stats, process steps, and testimonials, with clean typography and generous spacing. This made the experience feel trustworthy, easy to navigate, and consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
