What You Get

Desktop, tablet and phone layouts are already set up across every page. Text styles and colour styles are defined once and reused, so changing the brand colour updates the whole site. Page titles and descriptions are editable per page, and every property runs on the Framer CMS so listings are added without touching the canvas.

Getting Started

Remix the file and open the properties collection before anything else. Its fields drive the cards, the listing grid and the detail pages, so fill one property completely and check how it renders before adding the rest. Once that first one is right, the remaining listings go in quickly and the home page picks them up on its own.

Before You Buy

Listings live in the Framer CMS, so there is no MLS or portal feed. Properties are added and updated by hand, which suits a curated portfolio more than a high volume agency. Enquiry forms collect details but do not reach a CRM until you connect one.
